Jerry brings a vast amount of tax knowledge and skills to the firm with over 20 year’s experience as Senior Manager with a “Big 4” international accounting firm.
Jerry is very experienced with complex tax matters including cross-border and multistate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting clients through the initial public stock offering process. He also has considerable expertise consulting with public companies regarding quarterly and year-end tax provisions.
Primary industries served include manufacturers, distributors, retailers, software developers, hospitality, and professional firms.
Jerry is chairman-elect of the Vermont Society of CPA's and has been appointed to the Vermont Tax Advisory Board.
