MMC Seeking Administrative Assistant

McSoley McCoy & Co. is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to join our team in South Burlington, Vermont. Primary responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable, data entry, answering a multi-line phone system, meeting and greeting clients, tax return assembly, data entry, and various administration duties. MMC offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes: health, life, short-term disability, retirement, time off accrual, and paid holidays. Job Requirements: Relevant office experience, strong organization skills, and attention to detail required. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Bookkeeping experience or knowledge of Peachtree is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must as the position interfaces with a variety of vendors, clients, and employees. Candidate must demonstrate professionalism and adherence to confidentiality regulations. Looking for a candidate that is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
